what a brutal intro to the 2012 race season for me......i enjoyed seeing friends and catching up, but getting my rear end handed to me during the race was painful........oh well what can one expect after being un-focused on riding..oh well, time to race myself into shape, again.
the race started with a tribute to matt bradley with a one legged one lap race, it was a great tribute and a very difficult task to do 1 lap, so difficult that many were not able to complete it. also many of the racers crossing the finish line of the actual race pedaled across with one leg...quite a tribute.
