back on the rollers

OK, felt good being back on board this evening.. didn't do anything all that ruff, rode 1hr, stayed below z3, 100+rpms. recovery drink of champs, a bottle of new belgium's fat tire!


may try to do a 2+hr ride tomorrow, rollers....i know that sounds bad but my rollers kick ass. they are so comfy to ride.......

a new toy arrived this last week, just in time for christmas, the crew at raleigh kick ass....i may have mentioned that before....they make some sweet product that is just so nice on the body, not to mention the pocket book.
gonna have to change out a couple things, like that gay ass shimano crap and a good portion of the easton stuff as well....gotta keep sponsors happy.........thanks ritchey, sram and alpha-q....oh and did i mention raleigh........yeah......

i'm getting excited to represent my last road season of eligibility for collegiate this spring. i know the weather will be brutal, but what the hell........it's the rocky mountains and they only make us stronger. with some hard work i will be going to collegiate nationals, should be a blast.....
