ahhhhhhhh, i'm happy to be sitting at home doing absolutely nothing.....this weekend of racing was a blast! i was lucky enough to ride to and fro garden city utah with robbie and his fam...was great getting to know them. also great getting to know sean, tom and their fams as well.

the road race was silly......no one really wanted to do anything except for our crew....i was off the front solo for just over 10 miles and attacking like mad the rest of the race. i knew i didn't stand a chance in a group of 70 with so many squirrely sallys that wouldn't stick their nose in the wind. my team was at the front the entire race(casey, josh, brian and zach), and attacking from the front.... it was great as we controlled just about the entire race, just wish we had the results to show for it.......all those wussypuffs that did nothing but sit in got those, like i said: WUSSYPUFFS, grow a pair and get out in the wind..

TTT=ouch: went out with robbie, tom and sean, 3 strong guys and i didn't want to be the guy to slow the train so i rode hard, the hills(rollers that is) hurt, but we got up them, the descents were fast, esp when i was in front pushing 40mph...that's right: big guy, big bike, big gears....

after TTT: i was in, and still am, in a lot of pain....don't think my body really liked being in that position, pushing that hard for that long..........i'm sore in so many places.

tonight: 1 beer down, i'm down next, to bed that is, i'm beat!

tomorrow: 1hr mellow, thank you...............unpack, be mellow.......hang with the kids....we'll see what else transpires.
