running

well as i feel the need to get myself back into shape i added running to the bag of stuff to do, well the only other active thing is cycling so...guess that's not a large bag of stuff.  i'm planning on running 1.5miles each week, so one time around liberty park trail each week.  yesterday was the second go and i can't yet tell if my body is more sore than last weeks run...i guess there's a double payoff, dogger sure likes to join me and she stays by my side for the most part..  will see how well i stick to it and hopefully my body will get used to it quick as my IT bands aren't loving me right now.
