today was a hard, hard effort.. the cross underground gave no chance for rest, except for those that took a "smoke" or "lap" break... it was tuff, no rests as it was either hammering hard or holding on for dear life.. some good hops and def a good course. something different we would never see in the local series. on the way home caught up to macci, nick and dana so that was good..
rest tomorrow, and i think my body is in need...gonna do the royal run around and get some stuff done.
friday mellow hour if memory serves, then ddoouubbllee hheeaaddeerr is on!!!!! it's gonna be tuff, but that is the definition of cross....it's not for pansy's..
