today's ride was super mellow, just what i needed after bagging leaves...15bags..ouch.. so 45min supermellow, took the raleigh cross bike with brand spankin new alpha q cross fork around the park a few laps.. rides nice...should be fun to race it tomorrow. think that's it.. installed the replacemnt rear shock on my mtn bike as well, rides nice and it's amazing what a shock that works does for the ride quality.
alright time to get cleaned up and head to the neighbors to hide from scary trick-or-treaters..
