group ride or something

So this morning's ride didn't quite go as planned....but sometimes that just how it works. I met jason, barb, kim, erin adn deena at catus and tropicals, told them what i had to do and they proceeded their own direciton, cool, i mean my ride today was tuff. so i warmed up on the way to my start point in emigration canyon. just before i had to go all out on of my canyon teammates pulls along side of me, nice.. i told them i had to do a 12min effort and i would see them soon.. so i went all out, but forgot to look at the exact time i punched it......so by way of guessing game and where i ended up last time i hit my lap counter and was a few seconds ahead of last time on course. i then fliped around and rode back down to meet up with coop and leslie... we rode to the top at a nice casual pace and chatted...was quite nice. the ride down canyon was great as well, we had a slight headwind but just kept going....you know. they broke off above the zoo and i came home..good ride even if it didn't go as planned. off to study......
