OK, so have to remove a previous "big shout out" to blake.....and add a whoa you really dropped the ball. i don't want to be the type of blogger that bitches and moans on my blog....but this has just got to get out.. story starts ~3weeks ago. out riding my sweet rig, suddenly this odd creak starts and appears to be coming form the bb area. i do what any good mechanic would and pull it all apart, clean it, grease it and put it all back together. while it was apart i noticed a little imperfection around the bb area (look at the photo). not big enough to be concerned about. i ride it for about another week and the creak returns only this time it's 2x as bad.. so i go through the paces again, pull it all apart, clean it up.....and holy shit the little imperfection has doubled in size..... i make the call to get things rolling for a replacement frame as there aren't many days i don't ride (hence the title and nature of my blog). a day goes by and i get a call asking for a photo, ok no worries email the one above and figure all is going smooth and i should have a new frame this week, like today at the latest.. i make a call to see if it has arrived, leave a message.....be patient. about 5hours later i get a text message: "just got your message, photo sucks (really) bring it in.. so we're talking 4+days have gone by that i could have gotten the ball rolling a HELL OF A LOT FASTER...... so my frustration has set in, i'm peeved and not to thrilled with the level of professionalism that i've seen so far... i mean its snowing outside how busy can a bike shop be????let a lone a mechanic at a bike shop????? sorry frustrated. now the shop is not, well lets just say convenient for me to visit, so i was planning on just one trip to get everything taken care of, that just turned into 2 trips and an extra 10days of whatever....
