so there's some "hawking" convention (no, nothing related to stephen hawking) going on in town....when i got home from my ride today (talk about it later) there were these 2 huge birds outside my room.
I was told the spotted one is a perigain falcon (sp?),
and the other one is some sort of hawk that is indigenous to europe or something.
they were both prety bad ass. i felt bad for them though they were leashed to their little
perch things and they kept trying to fly away....
