ouch!

ok, so haven't been feeling all that fabou after this weekend of riding.......my knee is hurting a bunch...the tiger balm, NSAIDS and babying it just isn't doing the trick.. going to try some ice tonight and hopefully ease back into it tomorrow... wish this wasn't the case because the weather has been goregous the last couple days, and it seems like it's only going to get better.
