when the body speaks

today, not unlike any other day did the usual. got up, did some stuff around the house...went on a ride...worked for a while, rode again.... got home did some stuff around the house again... laid down for a power nap, and wham it's suddenly 1am....yeah, i guess my body was trying to tell me it was long over due for some rest.......hope i can get back to sleep......trying the movie approach.
