dmv 6, ok after 206 on sat..could feel it in the legs

got lots done around the house, but it doesn't show.... emptied the hall pantry, most of it is in the basement. worked on bret's bike, worked on mark's bike....tidied up the garage, mowed the lawn, assembled the classic fridge in hopes of selling it off...

a 6th tonight should put me in 7th overall.....hoping for 5th, or even 4th....i'm not far off in points. my mission is to beat someone.....any guesses on who???

here's how the race shook out: i was in the front a bit, kind of trading places with wild man and tanner as they would attack and i would counter or go with one of them. it was a super short course which suited me well. down the hill, right, left, left back up the hill....fast.. with 4 laps to go a break got away....thanks to me. i attacked hard as we came through the c group, and those that went with me got away and stayed away...unfortunately i was not able to stay with them, burned too much on the attack, and my legs just weren't feelin it after sat...oh well. i kind of stayed at the front anyway just to make sure if something went i went with it...nothing did. carl pulled through and helped me a bit... last lap: drew was at the front cottle was on his wheel and there was a gap then me... on the straight i drilled the ever lovin crap out of it......and took the field sprint.....quite happy about that, but had it not been for that long straight leading into the hill i don't think i could have pulled it off.....

the ride home was quite fast...came home with some rmcc guys....ones that i like so it's ok..got home, got cleaned up, crashed out....
