last TT of the season

got up early and went to town in the attic moving insulation around...woohoo....gross.. after moving a bunch by hand, rake and dust pan i decided to give the leaf blower a go....what a mess, but it moved it a hell of a lot quicker than i was by hand..... i was disgusting afterward, covered in that crap from head to toe....but i got it all moved from above the front part of the house, looks like i'm gonna have to do over the hall and pantry by hand. got the 3 doors sealed off to make ready to start demoting the ceiling, hall and pantry...gonna be a mess but may as well get it done, not like i'm doing much else..and it's been unfinished for how many years?????

got cleaned up and geared up to hit the last tt of the season..... i was feeling fantastic and knew i would put in a good time, if not a pr.. got there way early, but that's ok, pre rode the course, caught up to robbie and milligan....they were moving a bit faster than i was bargaining for so i ducked in behind and got a nice little pull... got back to the start/finish reg'd behind eborn...nice i'll have good motivation to chase him.. still had time to warm up as i didn't go off till :11:30.. did rode around with some other mates and shot the shit..... go time: i was ready to rock! off the line i got in a couple good pedal strokes then my right foot unclipped on an upstroke...shit.....pulled it back together and settled in... i could already see eborn up the road. i held 160's for the first 3k, then bumped to 170's to the turn around, held 180 the whole way back to the finish line....i felt like a champ, and i know passing eborn helped with that. i felt like i broke 15, and prob had a pr for the night....but that turned out not to be the case.. finished with 15:02....shoot......ok still good enough for 6th place and 10 points....moves me into 6th overall, nice.....
