much needed sleep

got up early and got to work... installed dishwasher, started the window trim challenge, painted the wood for the towel rack..mowed the lawn...then i went home and unpacked, put some stuff away, checked out the neato stuff i got from interbike.. i didn't have much energy on my side so i think i napped a bit, then called it a night.....i was beat...i did go on a short ride though, just around the park a few times that was nice. i also did my drills as harvest moon is tomorrow and i want to do well...
