today's ride consisted of a tradition i have had for about the last 4 years....and made longer each year.....today was little mtn including the climby loop to the north, big mtn, east canyon dam then back... it was a good ride....mark, brett and darren rode with me. it was a fairly mellow ride but there were times the pace was pushed, primarily by me..oops.....
got home, hopped in the tub with some epsom salt and bubble bath and proceeded to shave my arms and legs, woohoo booth would be so proud....
now for the rest of the day's activities.....undecided at this point, everything i was thinking has fallen through, so guess we're gonna wing it...
