hangin the closet, hard ride, tour prologue

the day starts out quite nice...sleep in a little bit, roll out of bed and decide that it's gonna be a hang sheet rock kind of day..got just about the entire closet hung....feels good to be making headway... hung and did other things for a good part of the day, then it was time for a fun training ride, as rmr was canceled. i did some sort of a crit workout which hurt...esp since i did it on the way up emigration canyon. included were many "all outs" which are exactly how they sound, as hard as you can go "all out" as long as you can go....and uphill that just isn't' easy.

after the ride i came home and quickly got ready to go help at the prologue of the Tour of Utah. the prologue was at the state capital so there was lots going on.. as i got nixed as team mechanic i was on the hopper to help with whatever, with my excerpting of not helping with any sort of mechanical stuff, db can eat my ass as he's being paid for that and i'm not... so i help pratt set up the trailer and van for max exposure, hung out and just sort of helped out.. i did head down to the area where the team was warming up and booth asked me to take a look at his rear der, and as i've done it before and it's been correct every time, i was ok with that... db quickly had to play who's is bigger and immediately take over.....whatever dick face based on how you are on a daily basis i have no q about who's bigger and who's better..... anyway got word later on that his der still didn't work worth a dam, for the entire week of racing....what a joke..

got to watch a bunch of riders race, dz, all the rock crew, all our canyon crew.... it was great and there were lots of folks there enjoying themselves as well..
